Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website include VAT. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment is required before we process your order.

Shipping

Our sustainable shipping methods include local delivery via bike or electric scooter in Brussels. For other cities, we offer low-impact options. Deliveries within Belgium take 2-5 business days, and international orders may take up to 10 days. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping within Belgium; for lower orders, shipping costs €10.

Warranty

Each piece comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
