For customers in other parts of Belgium, we partner with eco-conscious logistics companies that share our dedication to sustainability. Your jewelry will be packaged in 100% recycled, recyclable, and reusable materials, free from plastic. We’ve eliminated unnecessary packaging, and all our materials are chosen for their low environmental impact. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, and by using partners who prioritize eco-friendly shipping practices, we reduce the carbon footprint of each delivery.

We want you to love your jewelry, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. That’s why Mille Charms have created a sustainable return policy that minimizes waste and makes it easy for you to return your items in an eco-friendly way.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid return label, and we encourage you to reuse the recyclable packaging your jewelry arrived in for the return. By reusing materials, we reduce waste and ensure that even the returns process aligns with our commitment to sustainability.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, and once we receive and inspect them, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Through this process, we strive to reduce the environmental impact associated with returns, ensuring that sustainability is considered at every step.
